WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR FRANCHISEES.
We are looking for high energy, business-savvy individuals with strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to customer service to become our franchise partner. The most successful operators with be outgoing and have hospitality or business management experience.
INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE
For brick and mortar locations, the initial franchise fee is $40,000 and the minimum estimated cost is $209,000, including the franchise fee. The initial franchise fee for food truck operation is $25,000 and the minimum estimated cost is $130,000, including the franchise fee.
OUR SUPPORT
We help our franchisees deliver fresh, delicious hibachi food in an ambient, fast-casual atmosphere to customers with support from operations to marketing and ongoing research and development.
We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
MARKETING SUPPORT
We will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies, consumer marketing plans and materials.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING
An extensive dual-phase initial training program will help set up our franchise partners with all the knowledge they need to run a EZbachi franchise.
